©Electre 2024

This handbook was written and illustrated by Jean Zilio, who has more than 15,000 hours of flight instruction experience. With over twenty five years of aviation experience, he has been the chief head-pilot at the Aero-Club of Saint-Brieuc, Deauville, Sadi-Lecointe at Lognes, and Cognac, all of which are located in France. And recently, he was an instructor at the professional school of CIPRA (T.A.T. airline pilot training school) in Dinard, then at ESMA (Air Littoral airline pilot training school) in Montpellier. There he was very active as a group leader responsible for the training of young pilots for Air France, and he was also involved in the transition of flight engineers into pilots for Air Inter and Air Gabon.

Jean Zilio brings together all of the instructional flying techniques included in the private pilot program, using the French method. This experience represents the "heritage" of several generations of pilot experiences, which will be taught through written text instead of being promulgated by word of mouth.

This handbook is the pilot's bible... for beginners as well as for the more advanced.

So then, this highly instructional handbook is perfect for instructor's use in the training of student pilots.
