Africa's International Relations are the interactions undertaken by Africa/AU with states and non states actors. This book focused on the relations of Africa/AU with some worldwide states actors' groupings under the title Understanding Africa's Global Relations with Intergovernmental Consortia. It's made out of four main portions scrutinizing the topic in various angles as pursue sequentially.

Part one entitled « Africa's relations with independent intergovernmental consortia » analyses in one hand Africa relations with the country of BRICS, and in the other hand, Africa's relations with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). Part two inspects « Africa's relations with sub regional intergovernmental consortia » and explores at one point Afro-Arab relationships with the case of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and in another point, investigates Africa's relations with the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN). Part three examines « Africa's relations with continental intergovernmental consortia » and carries out in a first corner Africa's relations with the Organizations of American States (OAS), and scrutinizes in a second corner AU's relations with the European Union (EU). Lastly, part four underscores « Africa's relations with worldwide intergovernmental consortia ». It dissects AU's relations with the United Nations (UN) and inspects some aspects of CAF's relations with the FIFA.
